5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of content you upload to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

GenerateQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
